Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a functional lead in MarTech and Marketing Automation, with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.

  • Identify, design, and deliver high-value use cases such as automation, personalization, omnichannel journeys, analytics, and AI-driven scenarios.

  • Support clients in shaping value propositions, demos, and roadmaps for Digital and Strategic Marketing initiatives.

  • Translate business and marketing goals into concrete, actionable technological solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with CRM, data, IT, and partner teams to ensure solution adoption, scalability, and long-term value.

  • Promote best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement across MarTech capabilities.

  • Contribute to the evolution of internal knowledge and client-facing methodologies.

Profile & Skills

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, or MarTech platforms, either in project delivery or from a customer/functional perspective.

  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent marketing automation technologies.

  • Strong ability to connect technology, data, and business objectives.

  • Clear and effective communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on adoption, impact, and measurable outcomes.

  • Comfortable working in multidisciplinary and client-facing environments.
