Key Responsibilities:
Act as a functional lead in MarTech and Marketing Automation, with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
Identify, design, and deliver high-value use cases such as automation, personalization, omnichannel journeys, analytics, and AI-driven scenarios.
Support clients in shaping value propositions, demos, and roadmaps for Digital and Strategic Marketing initiatives.
Translate business and marketing goals into concrete, actionable technological solutions.
Collaborate closely with CRM, data, IT, and partner teams to ensure solution adoption, scalability, and long-term value.
Promote best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement across MarTech capabilities.
Contribute to the evolution of internal knowledge and client-facing methodologies.
Profile & Skills
Proven experience in digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, or MarTech platforms, either in project delivery or from a customer/functional perspective.
Practical knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent marketing automation technologies.
Strong ability to connect technology, data, and business objectives.
Clear and effective communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on adoption, impact, and measurable outcomes.
Comfortable working in multidisciplinary and client-facing environments.
